Kyrgyzstan earns 3 medals of highest order at int’l track and field tournament

Bishkek, Mar.2, 2020. /Kabar/. Female track athletes from Kyrgyzstan won six medals at an international tournament in Belarus, the press service of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sport of the Kyrgyz Republic said on Monday. The competitions were held on Feb. 29 – Mar.1 in Minsk with the participation of athletes from five countries. The Kyrgyz athletes earned 3 gold and 3 silver medals. Ainuska Kalil kyzy became the winner in the 1500m and 800m races. Saikal Batyrbekova took the first place in the 60 meters hurdles race. Karina Danilina secured the second place in the 60m hurdles and 60m hurdles. Another athlete from Kyrgyzstan Anastasia Bondarenko won the silver award in 200m hurdles.
