Kyrgyzstanis bag two medals at jiu-jitsu championship in UAE

Bishkek, Feb.3, 2020. /Kabar/. Athletes from Kyrgyzstan won two medals at the international jiu-jitsu championship. This is indicated on the official website of the competition. The International Pro Jiu-Jitsu Championship was held on Jan. 31 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where the Kyrgyz won a gold and silver award. Akbar Kudaibergenov competed among adults with blue belt in the weight category up to 62kg. He defeated representatives from Iraq, Pakistan and Egypt, thus becoming the winner. Among the owners of the black belt in the weight category up to 85 kilograms, Murtazali Murtazaliyev took the second place. His rivals were wrestlers from Brazil. He defeated Antonio Inacio, losing to Julio Junior in the decisive battle.
