Leadership congratulated on Jiu-Jitsu medal

Abu Dhabi, Apr. 23 (BNA): Bahrain’s Seena Monfaradi has claimed an impressive bronze medal at the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship, held recently here at the Khalifa Sports City under the patronage of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Commenting on the victory, President of the Bahrain Self-Defence Federation Ahmed Abulaziz Al-Khayat extended sincere congratulations to the kingdom’s leadership, as well as to HM the King’s Personal Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sport Chairman and the Bahrain Olympic Committee President Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa whose support for the Jiu-Jitsu sport, he said, has yielded fruitful results. Al-Khayat paid similar tribute to the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and the founder of KHK MMA Organisation, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, stressing that he is a grater supporter of the self-defence sports in the kingdom. He praised the outstanding performance of Seena Monfaradi, which enabled him to clinch the bronze medal of the 62 kg category of the male Master Black Belt.
