Mohammed bin Rashid attends Endurance Cup in Saih Al Salam

Dubai, Jan 20, 2013 (WAM) - UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended yesterday the sixth edition of Endurance Cup, held in the Dubai International Endurance City in Saih Al Salam. A number of international riders took part in the 160km race. H. H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai and UAE minister of finance, a number of Sheikhs, senior officials and the Endurance Cup fans attended the event. H. H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, led the riders on Nikos horse from Nad Al Sheba stable. The rider Abdullah Ghanem Al Marri won the top position of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Championship for the second year consecutively, while the rider Saeed Ahmed Jaber followed in the second position. The Italian rider Marco Sardo was the third. The Dubai Crown Prince presented the awards to the three winners. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
