Qatar to Face Saudi Arabia in U-23 WAFF Final on Tuesday

Jeddah, November 13 (QNA) - Qatar will play against Saudi Arabia in the final of the West Asia Football Federation (WAFF) U-23 Men Championship on Tuesday at King Abdullah Sports City venue in Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah. Bruno Miguel's players made their first-ever way to the final after beating Syria 6-5 in a penalty shoot-out. The match ended in 1-1 apiece. Saudi Arabia qualified for the final after a 2-1 win over Oman. Qatar seek their first WAFF star after claiming bronze in the championship's first edition in 2015 in Doha. Syria and Oman will play at the same venue in the third place playoff. (QNA)
