Rashid Equestrian Club holds season's 25th race

Manama, Mar. 18 (BNA): The Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club today held the 25th race of the 2021-2022 season at its racecourse in Raffa, Sakhir. Their Highnesses shaikhs, representatives of the sponsors and equestrian sport fans attended the eight-round race which was held over the cups of the Personal Representative of HM the King, HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Sultan bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard (Asry) and the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club. HH Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa presented the trophies of HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s Cup to Mohammed Khalid Abdulrahim, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s Cup to winning trainer, Allen Smith, and HH Shaikh Sultan bin Hamad Al Khalifa for the seventh round to winning owner, Raed Al-Buainain. Meanwhile, ASRY Managing Director, Mazen Mohammed Mattar, presented the trophy of ASRY Cup to HH Shaikh Hashim bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa. On the other hand, Shaikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, CEO of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, presented the trophy of Cup of HH Shaikh Sultan bin Hamad Al Khalifa for Arabia Horses to winning trainer, Abdulla Kuwaiti, and the trophy of the fourth round to winning owner, Mohammed Qambar.
