Real Madrid player Benzema arrives in Bahrain

Manama, May 31 (BNA): Real Madrid striker international French player Karim Benzema arrived in Bahrain at the invitation of His Majesty’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. The French professional player will attend, as guest of honour, the final of the 11th Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa Football Championship. Benzema expressed his delight at visiting the Kingdom of Bahrain, attending the final of the Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa Football Championship and meeting fans at the Khalifa Sport City stadium. The Real Madrid player was received at Bahrain International Airport by number of officials who welcomed him in Bahrain, offered him bouquets of flowers and took commemoratives photos with him.
