Riffa arrives in Kuwait for West Asian tournament

Kuwait, May14 (BNA): Riffa Team arrived in Kuwait today to take part in the West Asia qualifiers for the AFC Football Cup. The delegation was received on arrival in Kuwait City by public relations officials from Kuwaiti Al Arabi Club. The tournament will start on Wednesday and run until May 24. Riffa will play Al Arabia (May 18), Oman’s Dhofar (May 21) and Palestinian Shbab Al Khalil (May 21) as part of Group B. Leaders of the three group will qualify to the second phase, in addition to the best second-placed team.
