Royal Guard Day celebrations held

Manama, Mar 30 (BNA): Sport contests marking the Royal Guard Day today were kicked off under the patronage of Royal Guard commander Brigadier Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in the presence of Royal Guard Special Force Commander Major Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Royal Guard commander honoured the winners of the sport contests and the organizational committee for their outstanding efforts. He stressed that competition and high fitness have mirrored the success of the events and the contenders' keenness to positively respond to sports programmes and activities, commending the contests organizational level. The celebration was also attended by Deputy Royal Guard commander Brig. Hamad Khalifa Al-Nuaimi and a number of the Royal Guard officers.
