Safra triumph in Khalid bin Hamad Futsal League

Manama, July 3 (BNA): Safra Youth Centre stunned Isa Town Youth Centre 6-4 in Group 1 of the 6th Khalid bin Hamad Futsal League, held yesterday at Khalifa Sports City.  Nasser Mishan and Abdulrahman Shaban, who was named the man of the match, scored a brace each to fire Safra Youth Centre to this hard-fought victory which came in the third round of the group stage. In Group 2, Dumistan Youth Centre thrashed Arad Youth Centre 6-3 with the man of the match Jaffar Ali and his teammate Mirza Abdulelah scoring two goals each for the winners.  Muharraq Youth Centre earned an easy 10-2 win against Zayed Town Youth Centre in Group 3. Their victory came thanks to Jassim Al Juben and Daij Al Mahmeed who contributed a hat-trick each.  In the last game of the day, Al Naim Youth Centre grabbed precious three points with a 3-1 triumph over Busaiteen Youth Centre in Group 2.
