Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Mongolian wrestlers won gold medals in the 7th World Junior and Cadet Kurash Championships held on October 27-28 at Harewood College in Bournemouth, UK.
With the help of Avonbourne College, 200 young competitors from 25 countries competed in the World championship. It ran under two age categories--cadet (15-16 year olds) and junior (17-19 year olds).
The founder country of the wrestling Uzbekistan topped the competition, grabbing five gold, five silver and two bronze medals.

A duel tournament of Mongolia and French judoists of women's youth teams has been held in the Sports Palace.
As the results, the national team of Mongolia was defeated by the opponent 2:1 after three-round contests. The duel tournament was organized by Mongolia's Judo Federation (MJF) and sponsored by "Loko Trans" LLC. Apart of the tournament, the French judoists are having a joint training here.

Young chess players will participate in the World Youth Chess Championship 2012 to run on November 7-19 in Maribor city, Slovenia. Mongolia will be represented by some 40 chess players and 20 officials and coaches.
They will leave for Slovenia on November 6.
