Support for fencing competition lauded

Manama, Oct. 9 (BNA): Shaikh Ibrahim bin Salman Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Fencing Association and Chairman of the High Organising committee for the World Fencing Junior Championship has expressed utmost gratitude and appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president for patronizing the championship which concluded here on Saturday, October 8, with the participation of 14 countries. Shaikh Ibrahim praised HH Shaikh Nasser's constant support to the youth and sport activities in the kingdom, citing the royal support of hosting various world-class sporting tournaments and championships in the kingdom.
