TS.NARANJARGAL AWARDS SILVER MEDAL

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The international master, Ts.Naranjargal has gained a silver medal from the Youth judo wrestling World championship. She has been awarded for a victory in the women's 70kg category. The events ran November 3-6 in Cape town city of South Africa. In the "B"round Naranjargal defeated Chantelle Doddemead, South Africa, Nicolene Alberts, Holland, and Gulnoza Matniyazova, Uzbekistan. At the semi final, she gained a victory over Liza Shnaider, Germany, amd, in the final, was defeated by Bernadette Graft, Austria. L.Otgonbayar, the 81 kg, men, has gone to seventh place. In overall, the Mongolian team has taken 11th place out of 65 countries. This championship has been participated by 512 judoists from 65 countries.
