Wrestler Sharshenbekov from Kyrgyzstan wins silver of Asian Championship

Bishkek, Feb.20, 2020./Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Zholaman Sharshenbekov took the second place in the Greco-Roman wrestling category in the Asian Championship in India. The tournament is taking place these days in New Delhi. Sharshenbekov competed in the 60kg weight category. The wrestler defeated Kazakhstan's Aidos Sultangali, Mongolia's Dawaabandi Munkh Erdene and Iran's Mehdi Seifollah Mohsen Nejad. In the finals, Sharshenbekov met with his Japanese rival Kenichiro Fumita. The bout ended with a result of 4:0 in favor of the Japanese wrestler. Thus, Kyrgyzstan’s Sharshenbekov has become silver medalist of the championship.
