Syria participates in Baghdad International Festival of Flowers and Gardens

Baghdad, SANA- With the participation of Syria, the 12th International Festival of Flowers and Gardens kicked off in the Iraqi capital Baghdad after three-year absence due to corona pandemic.

Syrian Ambassador to Iraq, Sattam Jadaan al-Dandah, who attended the opening event said that the Syrian participation is a message of love and peace to the Iraqis and Arabs, and an opportunity to exchange expertise in the domain of flowers and medicinal plants.

The six-days festival shows flowers along with medicinal and ornamental plants at Al-Zawraa Park.
