2nd Intˈl Hi-Technologies Expo Opens In Tehran

Tehran, Feb 25, IRNA – Vice-President for Scientific and Technological Affairs Nasrin Soltankhah inaugurated here Monday the 2nd International Hi-Technology Exhibition which is participated by 70 countries including Russia, Belarus and Ecuador. Iranian ambassador in Russia Mahmoud-Reza Sajadi and a number of domestic and foreign researchers and experts participated in the inaugural ceremony of three-day event. Latest technological achievements of the participating companies are being displayed in the international fair. Speaking in the inaugural ceremony, Secretary of the exhibition Ahmad-Reza Alaei said that latest achievements in the fields of nanotechnology, polymers, composites, medical equipment, energy and exploration activities are being presented in the international exhibition. According to Alaei promotion of international cooperation in the field of technology and exchanging views between Iranian and foreign experts were among major objectives of the exhibition./end
