Russia Council Presents Innovative Technologies At Meeting With MOSTI

KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 (Bernama) -- Russia's Business Council for Cooperation with Malaysia (BCCM) presented Russia’s innovative technologies at a round-table meeting on March 12, 2018 with representatives of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). In a statement Friday, BCCM said, both parties met at MOSTI’s headquarters to exchange views on the current situation of the newest technology development in both countries. BCCM’s Deputy Chairman, Vladimir Morozov, presented a wide range of innovative technologies in photonics and infrared technology, Ion plasma technologies, new materials, water management, composites and nano-technologies, raw resources management and environment monitoring and marine underwater robotics. “All of the projects are fully developed, patented and ready to be implemented worldwide,” it said. BCCM said the Malaysian side showd interests in some of the projects, especially in water management and marime robotics. “Both sides agreed on continuing the dialogue,” it said. Malaysia was represented by Malaysian Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia, National Institute of Technology Malaysia , Malaysian Remote sensing Agency and NANO Malaysia Bhd, it said -- BERNAMA
