Welcome ceremony for leaders of Central Asian countries held by Xi Jinping in Xi'an

Bishkek, May 19, 2023. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov together with First Lady Aigul Zhaparova took part in Xi'an in a welcome ceremony for the leaders of Central Asian countries held by Chinese President Xi Jinping, timed to coincide with the state visits of the heads of Central Asian states.

The welcome ceremony for the leaders of the Central Asian countries was held in the Tang Dynasty Lotus Garden, where Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife met the distinguished guests.

The solemn ceremony was held in the style of the Tang Dynasty era. A short theatrical performance was organized for the heads of state and their spouses, presented in the form of a “lotus dance”.

After the welcome ceremony and taking pictures together, Xi Jinping delivered a welcoming speech.

Then an official reception was held on behalf of the leader of China.
