TEHRAN, Nov. 23 (MNA) – Iran`s Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani issued separate messages on Tuesday, congratulating the new speaker of House of Councilors of Japan, Kenji Hirata, and the new Speaker of the UAE’s Federal National Council Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mur on their election.
