TEHRAN, Nov. 26 (MNA) -- Certain Western countries, led by the United States, are spending U.S. dollars and sending weapons to Syrian opposition groups in order to oust the Syrian government, Iran`s Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi said on Thursday.
