Iranian minister in Turkey to confer mutual ties

Ankara, Jan 3, IRNA – Iran's Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh arrived in Turkey capital, Ankara on Tuesday to discuss development of Iran-Turkey economic and trade relations.
Heading a high-ranking delegation, he arrived in Ankara Tuesday morning and was welcomed by the Turkish officials upon arrival.
Nematzadeh is scheduled to meet Turkish Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekci who is also head of Iran-Turkey joint economic and trade commission.
Turkey's standards for Iranian exported commodities is one of the topics to be discussed during trade minister's visit to Ankara.
Increasing the number of goods which are included in the preferential trade agreement is another topic for discussion.
Iran offers discount for 25 Turkish exported items, and Turkey offers discount for 140 Iranian exported items.
Nematzadeh and Zeybekci are expected to talk adding 40 more items to the list of discounts of each country.
