Iran-Armenia Cultural Exhibition Opens In Northwest Iran

Orumiyeh, W. Azarbaijan, Sept 29, IRNA – Iran-Armenia joint cultural exhibition opened in the provincial city of Khoy in this northwestern province in the presence of Iranian Ambassador to Yerevan Mohammad Raeesi and a number of local officials Sunday morning. The three-day exhibition is being held on the occasion of Irans Tourism Week. Referring to Tehran-Yerevan cultural and historic commonalities, Raeesi stressed the exhibition plays a pivotal role in expanding all-out mutual ties. Over 400 artistic works and handicrafts of 50 Iranian and Armenian artists are being showcased during the event./end
