Russia-Azerbaijan-Iran cooperation to allow to implement new projects - Putin

BAKU, August 8. /TASS/. Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran will be able to implement new projects in the Caspian Sea, including in the energy and transport sectors, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev ahead of trilateral talks with the participation of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.
"We really have a lot to discuss in this (trilateral) format," Putin told Aliyev thanking him for organizing the summit. "There can be new projects in the Caspian Sea and in the broader context. I mean transport, the energy sector and diversification of our trilateral trade and economic ties," Putin said.
