About fulfillment of decisions

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The head of the cabinet secretariat Ch.Saikhanbileg gave a report on now the government's had been fulfilled. The governmental decisions' fulfillment has been going with 82 percent, of Ministries and Deputy Ministers decisions'--with 82.6 percent, and of governmental agencies'--with 80 percent. To be precise, by the end of the 2012 the government for reforms completed 82 percent of the works done as a control over 4,002 documents such as parliament resolutions, President's decrees, recommendations of National security council, government's resolutions, Premier's orders and cabinet meetings' minutes. Against the same period of the previous year, a number of the decision taken under the control went up by 1,007, and a percentage of the works fulfilled increased by 17.1 points, he said. At the same time, the government completed 39 percent of works reflected in 312 clauses of 164 decisions such as parliament and government resolutions, President's decrees and National Security Council's recommendations. The aims reflected in 190 clauses are being realized, an implementation of 16 measures has been too slow, he added. The government fulfilled 2,829 clauses of 7,214 clauses, reflected in its own 4,828 decisions. A realization of 4,316 clauses is continuing, of 13 is too slow or has failed, he said.
