Ambassadors of Spain and Argentina present diplomatic credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On Monday, the Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Spain and of the Argentine Republic Mr Manuel Maria Valencia Alonso and Mr Gustavo Alberto Martino presented their diplomatic credentials to the President Ts.Elbegdorj. After this the leader of Mongolia received the high diplomats and congratulated them on becoming Ambassadors to Mongolia. At the meeting with Mr Alonso, the President noted that Mongolia established a document of the relations and cooperation with the European Union (EU) which has opened new opportunities to develop the cooperation between Mongolia and Spain. "Spain has well developed sectors of renewable energy, agriculture, food production and communications, so our countries can collaborate in these spheres," the President said. To Mr Martino the State Head said that Mongolia wants to widen ties with Argentina and other South American countries. Mentioning that Argentina is one of the leading countries in Latin America in terms of industrial and agricultural development, the President discussed with the Argentine Ambassador a cooperation in these and other sectors within international organizations. He wished the Ambassador the best.
