COURT COUNCILS OF MONGOLIA AND TURKEY TO COOPERATE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Mongolian delegation led by N.Lundendorj, a head of the Court's General Council, visited Turkey February 17-19. The delegation was received by Mrs Nesibe Ozer, a head of the second chamber of the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors of Turkey, and was introduced to its composition, structure and activities. Then, the sides inked a cooperation pact, under which 40 Mongolian judges will get involved in competency building trainings in the Justice Academy of Turkey every year, within funding of Turkey. Our delegation also visited the Criminal High Court and the Justice Academy of Turkey. The Mongolian officials met Mr Hasim Kilic, the president of the Constitutional Court of Turkey, to share views on judicial cooperation.
