DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS ESTABLISHED WITH RWANDA

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On Monday, Mongolia established the diplomatic relations with the Republic of Rwanda. This ceremony took place in New-York city of the USA in frames of the President's goal to establish such ties with all member-countries of the UN. The two countries have agreed to boost and strengthen their friendly relations and cooperation as a key guide and to adhere to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the UN Charter and international legal principles and standards. The Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the UN and Ambassador O.Och and the Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the UN Mr Eugene Richard Gasana inked the official joint statement on the diplomatic relations establishment. After this, the statement was registered in the UN, and the sides sent a letter to the Secretary-General of the UN Ban Ki-moon in order to inform the UN members about the event. The parties will also assist each other in frames of bilateral and international organizations and will run a fruitful cooperation.
