DP FACTION MEETS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The faction of the Democratic Party (DP) had parliament pass some important laws on economy, law and reforms of court and monitoring legal environment in the year 2013. It was reported by D.Erdenebat, head of the DP faction; and Kh.Temuujin MP, the Minister of Justice, at the faction’s regular meeting held Monday. “2014 will be the year of expanding the national economic growth, augmenting income of people, supporting the import substitution industrialization and ensuring the stability of foreign exchanges, they underlined, adding that the faction intents to do reforms in the state structure apart of the court reform. Moreover, the faction meeting discussed draft laws which have not been considered yet at the autumn session of parliament. Regarding the tax issue, the faction has reached a principal decision. According to this, an individual MP is prohibited to submit a bill to parliament on the tax or budget matters, and only the government is allowed to do so.
