Lavrov to discuss with Syrian opposition leader consolidation of forces to combat terrorism - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW, August 13. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will discuss on Thursday during a meeting with leader of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces Khaled Khoja the political settlement in Syria and consolidation of efforts of all constructive forces to counter terrorism, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson Maria Zakharova told TASS. "Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold talks today with head of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces Khaled Khoja," she said. "The two sides will discuss the political settlement in Syria and consolidation of efforts of all constructive forces countering the terrorist threat in the region." Read more
