Letter from US Secretary of States

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The United States Deputy Secretary of State, Mr William Joseph Burns will attend the 7th Ministerial meeting of the Community of Democracies representing the Government of the United States. Mr John Forbes Kerry, the Secretary of State of the United States sent a letter about it to Mr L.Bold, the Minister for Foreign Affairs. In his letter, he expressed a gratitude to Mongolia for successfully leading the Community of Democracies /CoD/ in the last two years. He is glad that Mongolia, chairing the CoD, has been making contribution to the democratic transition and is supporting a civil society. Mongolia is playing an important role in focusing the CoD's attention to these matters and is working to make the CoD as the leading mechanism of democratic multilateral assistance. Mongolia's efforts towards education of democracy and supporting Myanmar and Kirgizstan's transition give an enthusiasm, he writes.
