Mongolia-Vietnam consultative runs

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Thursday started their political consultative meeting at Vice Ministers’ level in Ulaanbaatar. During the meeting, the sides are sharing views on the bilateral friendly relations and cooperation and on the 60th anniversary of the Mongolia-Vietnam diplomatic relations to be celebrated November 17 in 2014. They are also focusing on the biggest goals of Mongolian foreign policy such as joining the East Asia Summit (EAS), becoming a partner of the ASEAN Dialogue and taking support from Vietnam in joining the APEC. Within the meeting, the Deputy PM D.Terbishdagva has received Mr Ho Xuan Son, Vietnam’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. After this the delegation visited historical and cultural sites of Ulaanbaatar and natural landscapes as well. The meeting will continue until October 20.
