MONGOLIAN CONSUL-GENERAL PRESENTS PATENT TO HEAD OF KHAKASSIA

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Consul-General of Mongolia to Kyzyl, a capital of Russian Tuva Republic, Mr bD.Ganbold has presented the consular patent to Mr V.M.Zimin, the head of Russian Republic of Khakassia and chairman of the government. The action took place at Government House of Republic in frames of Ganbold's visit on February 18-20. Mr Zimin congratulated the Consul-General on his mission and underlined historical close ties between Mongolia and Khakassia. He also proposed collaborating in cultural and economic spheres, running cultural exchange, researching possibilities of making direct flights between Abakan and Ulaanbaatar, and seeking opportunities to open a channel for Mongolian products to his Republic. Zimin also expressed a willingness to intensify the relationship with our country and invited Mongolian business people and companies to Khakassia to establish partnership. Responding to this, Mr Ganbold thanked him for the audience and for the proposals and promised to to convey them to related ministries, put all his effort to strengthen mutual understanding, bring cultural and economic ties up to a new level. After this Mr Ganbold met with S.A.Egorov, a head of Migration Office of Khakassia, and with S.B.Adamyan, a president of Khakassia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, to exchange views on the issues about Khakasia-based Mongolians and present situation of economy and business relations between the two sides.
