National budget bill should be ratified soon: Iranian speaker

TEHRAN, April 10 (MNA) – Iranian Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said on Monday that national interests demand that the 416 billion-dollar national budget bill for Iranian calendar year 1391 (started March 20), which was proposed by the administration on February 1, be ratified soon. “Given the circumstances in the country, the budget bill should be ratified soon,” he said. However, general amendments should be made to the bill, Larijani added. The Majlis Integration Committee rejected the general outlines of the bill on April 8.
