NATO Oil Tanker Torched In SW Pakistan

Islamabad, Oct 6, IRNA -- Unknown culprits set a NATO oil tanker on fire in southwestern province of Balochistan on Friday. This was the forth attack on NATO supplies after the restoration of NATO supplies in Pakistan. No casualty was reported in the attack on the NATO tanker. However, according to police, unknown gunmen opened fire on an empty NATO oil tanker in Mastung Bazaar and later burnt the tanker by sprinkling kerosene oil. The tanker was on its way to Karachi from Quetta. The driver of the tanker managed to flee and saved his life. It is pertinent to mention here that the Government has setup the new route of the NATO supplies from Karachi to Quetta after the two consecutive attacks on NATO supplies in Khyber-Pukhtoonkhwa province./end
