President addresses parliamentary session

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The leader of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj Friday delivered a speech at a plenary meeting of the parliamentary session at his own discretion within the Constitution. ________________________________________ He briefly concluded works of the last year, noting that a number of livestock doubled since the co-operatives of animal husbandry were disbanded and that farmers gained big achievements. Mongolia received the biggest harvest for the first time since 1988, he emphasized. The national trade balance showed a positive result last year, Mongolia started producing many things home, and businessmen begin to understand that it is fully possible to manufacture products home and to overcome economic difficulties, he said. He also talked about creating big things instead of ruining them in the name of developing Mongolia, taking some examples and underlining that those big producers must be supported. A society which cherishes creativity and responsibility takes a right tendency, and we should learn our mistakes of the past, he stressed. At the session were also cabinet members, officials from the Presidential Office, National Security Council and some agencies.
