State prizes awarded

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ State prizes were awarded Tuesday to some foremost people on occasion of the 2222nd anniversary of the Foundation of Mongolia's Statehood - Hun Empire, the 807th anniversary of the Great Mongolian Empire and the 92nd anniversary of the Mongolian People’s Revolution.
Pursuant to a decree of the State Head, the title of People’s Teacher was awarded to Colonel B.Ganbat, a senior inspector of the General Police Department.
An international master of sports, gold medalist of the Asian Games and manager of the Mongolian Judo Federation (MJF) D.Nyamkhuu became State Honored Sportsman; and a comedian D.Khurelkhuu--State Honored Artist. Other twenty people were granted the State Honored titles on economics, mining, journalism, education, culture, medicine, arts, transportation and legal sectors.
The Red Flag Order for Labour Merit was bestowed upon G.Jamts, a honored donor; and B.Tsend-Ayush, a veteran from the Bayangol district. The Red Flag Order was awarded to Ch.Togoondorj, a commander of the #303 military unit.
The Polar Star Order, the Order of Military Merit, the Honored Medal of Labour and the Righteous Person Medal went to other people.
