Archers compete in World Championship

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The national team of Mongolia for archery have finished their contests in the 2013 World Archery Championships which started on September 29 in Antalya, Turkey. The national team of Mongolia has comprised international masters of sports B.Urantungalag, A.Enkhtuya, N.Ariunbileg (women's team), J.Gantogs, G.Gan-Erdene and B.Dolgorsuren (men's team). Among them, J.Gantogs reached 3rd round and B.Dolgorsuren--2nd round in the men's individual recurve contest, whereas N.Ariunbileg and B.Urantungalag reached 1st and 2nd rounds, respectively, in the women's individual recurve. The men's team took 17th place in the team recurve contest at the qualification round with 3,380 points, but did not advance to the elimination round; and the women's team took 21st place with 3,847 points. The mixed team comprised B.Urantungalag and J.Gantogs took 17th place with 2,633 points among 46 countries.
