Basketball star Luol Deng to visit Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A British professional basketball player and forward of the British national team and the Chicago Bulls will visit Mongolia on July 12-14 after the National Great Festival of Mongolia (Naadam). Invited by the Skytell Group and the Altai Cashmere LLC, the basketball star plans to enjoy the Naadam festival and Mongolian national tradition, and will introduce to Mongolians his foundation (Luol Deng Foundation). Within his visit, Deng also plans to attend public humanitarian measures organized by the Skytell Group, TV programmes and other events. In addition, a painting contest themed “Who knows NBA star Luo Deng well?” will run among children, and a winner of it will have a chance to meet to Luol Deng personally. Established in 2005, the Luol Deng Foundation (LDF UK) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase participation in basketball whilst addressing issues of education, health, crime and social inclusion.
