SUMO WRESTLER TSEVEGNYAM CELEBRATES HIS RECORD-BREAKING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Mongolian sumo wrestler N.Tsevegnyam celebrated last Sunday his breaking of a record in professional sumo that has been unbroken for 73 years. He now owns the record of the “most career bouts” won by 40-year and older wrestler. In the professional sumo tournament held this September in Tokyo, the Mongolian sumo wrestlers achieved many successes that included 31st win by the 69th Grand champion Hakuho-titled M.Davaajargal, astonishing 13 wins of a young wrestler Ichinojo-titled A.Ichinnorov, and breaking of the “most career bouts” won by 40 year-old and older wrestler record by Kyokutenho-titled N.Tsevegnyam.
