Iranian FM meets Iraqi Kurdistan PM

TEHRAN,Nov.12(MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi held a meeting with Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister Nechirvan Idris Barzani in Tehran on Sunday. During the meeting, Salehi emphasized the necessity of the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in various areas, particularly in economic interactions. He also expressed hope that consultations between the two sides would help remove the obstacles in the way of the expansion of ties. Barzani stated that the ground should be prepared so that Iranian investors could invest in Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
