President Yudhoyono Leaves for East Java
Jakarta, Dec 11 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono left Jakarta at 7 am on Tuesday for a working visit to the districts of Magetan and Madiun in East Java Province.
The head of state is scheduled to arrive in Magetan at 8.30 am, from Madiun`s Iswahyudi military airport.
According to Magetan district government spokesman Saif Mukhlisun, President Yudhoyono will visit the leather production centre at Sawo street in Selosari sub-district, Magetan.
Then, the President will leave for Madiun on another working visit.
While in Madiun, he is scheduled to attend a harvest event at Lembah village in Dolopo sub-district.
On Wednesday morning, President Yudhoyono is expected to return to Jakarta.
During the visit, the President will be accompanied by, among others, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Hatta Rajasa, Agriculture Minister Suswono, State Secretary Sudi Silalahi, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Syarif Hasan, and Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Mari Elka Pangestu.
