E.Nyam-Ochir takes 5th place

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the second day of the 2013' FILA Wrestling World Championship in Budapest, an international master of sports Mongolian E.Nyam-Ochir took a 5th place in the men’s 60 kg contest. He had a bye in the first round, then beat rivals from Estonia and Georgia at the preliminary rounds, was defeated at the semi-final and repechage rounds by a Bulgarian and Indian. A Russian Bekkhan Goygereyev won a gold medal in the men’s 60 kg contest, followed by the runner-up Vladimir Dubov of Bulgaria and by wrestlers from India and Iran. The same day, other Mongolians O.Uitumen and J.Chuluunbat competed in the men’s 84 kg and men’s 120 kg. On Wednesday, female wrestlers will compete.
