President visits Panmunjom demilitarized zone

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Being with the state visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), the leader of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj Tuesday visited the Panmunjom’s demilitarized zone (DMZ). He has become the very first President of a foreign country to visit this zone on the 38th parallel. On the way back, the State Head legged the Mausoleum of King Gongmin and his Mongolian queen. Our President has also visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and paid tribute to the Mausoleum of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il in Pyongyang.
