Spanish Player Carlos Alcaraz Wins Riyadh Season Tennis Cup

Riyadh, December 28, 2023, SPA – Minister of Sports and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC) Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and Chairman of the Board of Directors of General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Al-Sheikh have awarded Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz with the Riyadh Season Tennis Cup after beating Novak Djokovic 4-6, 6-4, 6-4. The best players in the individual category for the Riyadh Season Tennis Cup were also awarded at the Kingdom Arena area.
The match was attended by Chairman of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies Prince Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal bin Fadhil Alibrahim, Minister of Media Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari, Governor of the Public Investment Fund Yasser bin Othman Al-Rumayyan and several other officials.
The chairman of GEA announced organizing another tennis tournament with dates to be set later.
