Transport Minister Inspects Media Center at Hajj and Umrah Terminal

   Jeddah, May 21, 2025, SPA -- Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Saleh Al-Jasser on Tuesday visited the media center at the Hajj and Umrah Terminal Complex of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, as part of preparations for its launch during the 1446 AH Hajj season.
   The visit was attended by representatives from the transport sector and partner government agencies serving pilgrims.
   The center provides an integrated platform for local and international media covering Hajj. It offers a workspace with essential resources and fosters coordination among outlets to enhance coverage and unify messaging.
   Al-Jasser reviewed the center’s technical and staffing readiness, and inter-agency coordination, stressing the importance of full media preparedness in line with the scale and significance of the event.
   The center will continue coordinating media efforts, facilitating press coverage, and showcasing field operations and quality initiatives that ease pilgrim movement and enrich their experience throughout the Hajj season.
