Kyrgyz MP Chingiz Aidarbekov meets with Olympic champion Andrei Zubarev

Bishkek, Sept. 8, 2025. /Kabar/. Member of the Kyrgyz Parliament Chingiz Aidarbekov met with Olympic champion, world champion in hockey, professional hockey player Andrei Zubarev.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for the development of hockey and mass sports in the country, the creation of conditions for attracting young people to sports and the importance of supporting youth sections. Chingiz Aidarbekov noted that it is important to create opportunities for Kyrgyzstanis, especially young people, to play sports and achieve high results. He emphasized that the examples of athletes such as Andrei Zubarev inspire the new generation. The deputy expressed gratitude to the Hockey Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic and personally to the Vice President of the Federation Asel Abdygulova for the initiatives and efforts aimed at popularizing sports and developing hockey in Kyrgyzstan.
