Bishkek, Sept. 26, 2025. /Kabar/. On September 24, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Choro Seyitov participated in the online conference "Effective Public Administration for Economic Development" held in Dushanbe.
According to the ministry, the conference focused on how data and evidence can become a powerful tool for positive policymaking that supports more effective public administration, leading to equitable and inclusive economic growth.
Furthermore, the conference focused on the use of data in the following areas:
- subnational development and planning;
- protection of the most vulnerable groups;
- efficient use of public resources;
- data for climate action;
- data for women's economic empowerment.
Conference participants include representatives of government agencies, civil society, think tanks, and academia, including industry experts from Central Asian countries and other regions.
