HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad meets Royal Endurance Team after FEI World Championship achievement

Manama, Sep. 26 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, met with the team’s riders and the technical and administrative staff following their distinguished participation in the FEI World Championship for Young Riders and Juniors in Romania, where the team secured second and third places and won the Best Condition Horse Award.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad said the results achieved by the Royal Endurance Team represent a genuine gain for Bahrain’s endurance sport and a clear message that the discipline continues on its path of development and progress. HH wished the team further success in upcoming championships, noting that the riders’ high level performance reflected strong teamwork and the spirit of determination that distinguishes the team.

Dr. Khalid Ahmed Hassan, Director General of the Royal Stables and the Royal Endurance Team, expressed appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad for his great support, close attention, and constant follow up, emphasising that this support is the greatest motivation for the team to achieve further accomplishments for Bahraini endurance sport.

The riders of the Royal Endurance Team also conveyed their appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad for his continuous support, underscoring that it provides them with strong morale to deliver their best in future competitions.
