Foreign Minister meets Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister

New York, Sep. 26 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Tanja Fajon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, at the United Nations headquarters in New York on the sidelines of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.


 

The meeting discussed relations and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Slovenia and means to develop them across political, economic, and cultural domains. The two sides also addressed current regional and international developments and matters of common interest.

 

Jamal Fares Al Ruwaiei, Bahrain’s Permanent Representative to the UN in New York; Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director General of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Ali Khaled Al Araifi, Head of Al Madar Centre, attended the meeting.
