METALEX Vietnam 2025 gathers 250 global brands

HCM City, October 2 (VNA) – The 18th International Exhibition on Machine Tools and Metalworking Solutions for Production Upgrade (METALEX Vietnam 2025) opened in Ho Chi Minh City on October 1, bringing together more than 250 global brands to showcase a wide range of advanced technologies, state-of-the-art machinery, and breakthrough solutions in metal processing.
Held under the theme “Empowering Metalworking,” METALEX Vietnam 2025 continues to serve as a reputable regional and international platform, shaping the future development of the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industries. The event also aims to help Vietnamese enterprises enhance production capacity and further integrate into global supply chains.
According to Varaporn Dhamcharee, Managing Director of RX Tradex Thailand and Vietnam, the exhibition creates an ecosystem of technology and networking opportunities through the display of CNC systems, robotics, automation, and digital factories, alongside direct sourcing activities (Buyer Zone) and business matching sessions. In the context of robust growth in the processing and manufacturing sectors, METALEX Vietnam 2025 is expected to provide a platform supporting businesses in advancing digital transformation and meeting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements.
Nguyen Ba Tong, Vice President of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries (VASI), said that as Vietnam deepens its international integration, METALEX Vietnam plays a pivotal role in connecting businesses with new technologies, trends, and markets. He emphasised that METALEX Vietnam 2025 contributes to improving the quality and added value of Vietnam’s supporting industries.
Running until October 3, METALEX Vietnam 2025 also features a series of expert-led seminars on artificial intelligence and big data applications, smart production management, policies on supporting industries, and supply chain localisation trends. The programme also offers insights into strategic human resource management and new legal frameworks, helping enterprises establish clearer development orientations for the future./.
